  • Work begins only after confirmation of the quote and payment agreement.

PrimeTranslators reserves the right to modify pricing before confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the quote or invoice.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before starting the project.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery.

5. Delivery Times

  • Delivery deadlines are agreed upon before project confirmation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Review delivered documents promptly and notify us of any issues within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Revisions

  • Minor corrections related to translation accuracy will be addressed free of charge if requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Substantial changes to the original text are considered a new project and may incur additional fees.

8. Confidentiality

PrimeTranslators treats all client documents with strict confidentiality.

  • Files are accessed only by authorized translators.

  • Documents are used solely for the purpose of completing the requested service.

  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) are available upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and quality, PrimeTranslators:

  • Does not guarantee acceptance by third parties unless the service specifically includes certified translation.

  • Is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of translated materials.

  • Is not responsible for how translated documents are used after delivery.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the translated content becomes the property of the client.

PrimeTranslators retains the right to refuse projects that involve illegal, offensive, or unethical content.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be charged for work completed up to that point.

  • If canceled before work begins, no charge will apply.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise website security

  • Submit false or misleading information

13. Governing Law
